A local agency that has an Internet Web site, within seven months after the last day of each fiscal year of the district, shall display prominently on its Internet Web site all of the following information: (a) A copy of an annual report for that fiscal year if requested pursuant to Section 53343.1. (b) A copy of the report provided to the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission pursuant to Section 53359.5. A local agency may comply with this subdivision by providing a link to the Treasurer’s Internet Web site that contains the specified information, along with the assigned California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission number for each bond issuance reported by the agency. (c) A copy of the report provided to the Controller’s office pursuant to Section 12463.2.
