The California State Contracts Register shall be published not less than twice a month and shall include information deemed appropriate by the Department of General Services, and shall include all of the following: (a) Contract identification number. (b) A description of the contract to be performed. (c) All deadlines for submitting bid proposals or other required steps in the contract process, including the location and estimated duration of the contract where appropriate. (d) Any eligibility requirements and preferences. (e) Department, name, and telephone number of the person or persons to contact for further bid and submittal information. The department may make the register available to the general public electronically through a computer-accessed service.
