If the office determines that the grantee has failed to meet the criteria for a qualified small business under Section 12100.101, or for a small farmer or socially disadvantaged farmer under Section 12100.103, as may be applicable, a grant may be recaptured, in whole or in part, in accordance with Article 8 (commencing with Section 19294) of Chapter 5 of Part 10.2 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
