(a) Each member of the Governor’s cabinet shall identify a senior manager within that member’s agency who shall coordinate business support activities with the office. (b) For the 2012–13 fiscal year and subsequent fiscal years, the office shall develop a budget in coordination with the Department of Finance pursuant to the state budgeting process, including the permanent transfer of associated positions.
