(a) There is within the office of the Governor, the office of the Governor’s Tribal Advisor, which shall be headed by the Governor’s Tribal Advisor. (b) The Governor’s Tribal Advisor shall be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the Governor. (c) The Governor’s Tribal Advisor shall be an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe in California.
