Unless otherwise agreed by the parties: (a) Where the sole or presiding arbitrator is replaced, any hearings previously held shall be repeated. (b) Where an arbitrator other than the sole or presiding arbitrator is replaced, any hearings previously held may be repeated at the discretion of the arbitral tribunal.
