(a) During the pendency of the consumer arbitration, a solicitation shall not be made of a party to the arbitration or of a lawyer for a party to the arbitration. (b) For purposes of this section: (1) “Lawyer for a party” has the same meaning as defined in Section 1281.9. (2) “Solicitation” has the same meaning as defined in Section 1281.9.
