(a) Each firearms training facility shall be required to retain for two years the following information regarding each student: (1) The student’s name. (2) The date of course completion. (3) Any information regarding the passage or failure of the firearms training course. (4) The instructor’s name. (5) The make and caliber of the qualifying weapon. (6) The range scores. (7) The written examination scores. (b) Records shall be made available for examination by the bureau on demand. (c) Each firearm training facility shall have a written procedure for the security of the written examination which shall be made available for inspection by the bureau on demand.
