(a) All fees and fines collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the Private Security Services Fund. (b) All money derived from the registration and regulation of proprietary private security officers and proprietary private security employers registered under this chapter shall be expended exclusively on the registration and regulation of proprietary private security officers and proprietary private security employers.
