BPC §6091.2: As used in Section 6091.

As used in Section 6091.1: (a) “Financial institution” means a bank, savings and loan, or other financial institution serving as a depository for attorney trust accounts under subdivision (a) or (b) of Section 6211. (b) “Properly payable” means an instrument that, if presented in the normal course of business, is in a form requiring payment under the laws of this state. (c) “Notice of dishonor” means the notice that a financial institution is required to give, under the laws of this state, upon presentation of an instrument that the institution dishonors.
