(a) The board shall give written notice to a licensee 30 days in advance of the regular renewal date and shall give written notice 90 days in advance of the expiration of the fifth year that a renewal fee has not been paid. (b) The board shall also notify licensees of the availability of abstract and other informational materials on requirements for interior and exterior barrier-free design to permit access to and use of the architectural environment by the physically handicapped.
