(a) If an applicant fails to complete their application within one year after it has been filed, the application shall be considered abandoned and the application fee forfeited. (b) An application submitted subsequent to the abandonment of the former application shall be treated as a new application. (c) An applicant shall notify the board of any changes in mailing or employment address that occur after filing the application.
