Any person who has satisfactorily completed the program established by this article shall be eligible for licensure by the board as a “physician assistant” if the person has complied with all of the following requirements: (a) Has successfully completed the written examination required under Section 3517. (b) Has successfully completed the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
