An initial applicant who has not been actively engaged in the practice of occupational therapy within the past five years shall provide to the board, in addition to the requirements for licensure under Section 2570.6, any of the following: (a) Evidence of continued competency as referred to in subdivision (b) of Section 2570.10 for the previous two-year period. (b) Evidence of having completed the entry-level examination as described in subdivision (b) of Section 2570.7 within the previous two-year period.
