(a) An applicant, registrant, or licensee who has an email address shall provide the board with that email address no later than July 1, 2023. The email address shall be considered confidential and not subject to public disclosure. (b) An applicant, registrant, or licensee shall provide to the board any changes to their email address no later than 30 calendar days after the changes have occurred. (c) The board shall remind registrants and licensees of their obligation to report and keep current their email address with the board. (d) For purposes of this section, “applicant, registrant, or licensee” means any person who applies for or holds a license, registration, or approval under this chapter, including, but not limited to, a speech-language pathologist, speech-language pathology aide, speech-language pathology assistant, audiologist, dispensing audiologist, audiology aide, or hearing aid dispenser.
