(a) The board may establish a fee to be paid by a person seeking a license reinstatement or modification of penalty pursuant to Section 2307. (b) The fee established shall not exceed the board’s reasonable costs to process and adjudicate a petition submitted pursuant to Section 2307. (c) The board shall adopt regulations pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code) to implement this section.
