(a) For all applications and documents submitted electronically to the bureau, the claimant or claimant’s attorney shall submit the application and supporting documentation as a single, noneditable but printable portable document format (PDF). The total file size shall not exceed 100 megabytes. (b) Any electronically submitted application received by the bureau shall be considered filed on the date received by the bureau.
