(a) A registrant shall notify the bureau within 10 business days, on a form developed by the bureau, of any additions, deletions, or changes in the names, addresses, and contact information for the individuals listed on its application. (b) A registrant shall correct information on file with the bureau within 10 business days of discovering an error in that information, and shall not be subject to disciplinary action by the director or the bureau for incorrect information the registrant corrects within 10 business days of its discovery as being inaccurate.
